A crypto teen who isn’t old enough to have a driver’s license just bought Shaq’s modified Chevy Silverado 2500 ZR2. The deal was arranged by Effortless Motors and yes, this is the same kid who purchased Shaq’s Dodge Charger Hellcat a few weeks ago.
Travelers get stuck off-roading after interstate shutdown.
We know, it’s a crazy world where a kid who can’t legally drive buys two expensive, celebrity-owned vehicles using a currency not backed by any government – but that’s where we’re at in 2025.
According to Effortless Motors, the teenager “caught another bull run” or in other words the cryptocurrency he had skyrocketed in value, so he cashed at least part of his investment out, treating himself to the opulent custom truck.
The big tell that it was customized for the owner of Big Chicken himself is the big “Diesel” sprawled in illuminated letters across the grille. There are also the Superman insignias which also light up in the cabin, along with Shaq’s dunking icon on the sides of the massive bass speakers where the backseat used to be.
Just like his other rides, Shaq had this one outfitted with ridiculously large 26-inch Forgiato wheels with 40-inch tires wrapped around them. To accommodate those, the thing has a 7-inch lift, which doesn’t pose a problem for the retired professional basketball player’s 7-foot 1-inch frame.
Of course, delivery of the opulent machine was done on camera, as Effortless Motors likes to do, and posted to Instagram. It’s great free for the dealership (see, we’re helping spread the word) – but why does the kid want to be on camera?
Apparently he’s just so excited to have snagged yet another one-of-one vehicle owned by Shaquille O’Neal he wants the whole world to know.
