Bilingual Supervisor
Essential duties include:
Educate customers and the community about the organization’s mission and vision. Demonstrate core values through actions and words. Promote a safe environment, following and holding employees accountable for all policies and procedures. Use teamwork with other supervisors and the store manager to achieve sales and achieve goals and more. Answer and provide customer service for all phone calls. Help maintain sales floor colors and stock rotation.
This position directly manages between 6 to 10 non-exempt full-time or part-time employees. Also responsible for employee development.
Education/Skills:
High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual skills. Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate rates, proportions, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of proprietary software as needed.
