Christopher Lloyd, 86, and Wife Lisa Loiacono Step Out for Rare Date Night at “Nobody 2” Premiere

Christopher Lloyd and his wife Lisa Loiacono are making a rare red carpet appearance!

On Monday, Aug. 11, Lloyd, 86, and his wife of nearly nine years, Loiacono, 55, stepped out together for the premiere of Lloyd's new movie Nobody 2 in Los Angeles. Lloyd — best known for his role as Doc Brown in the Back to the Future movies — and Loiacono posed together arm-in-arm as they enjoyed a date night at the premiere of Lloyd's new action movie. Lloyd wore a dark suit with a grey shirt underneath and matching sneakers, while Loiacono wore a white floral maxi dress for the red carpet event.

Loiacono and Lloyd met in 2012, when she worked as his real estate agent after he and his ex-wife Jane Walker Wood sold a home they owned together in Montecito, Calif., years after the original home he owned at the property was destroyed in a 2008 wildfire, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Lloyd has been married five times; his first marriage was to actress Catherine Boyd from 1959 to 1971. In 1974, he married actress Kay Tornborg, and their union lasted until 1987. His third wife was Carol Vanek, with their marriage lasting between 1988 and 1991. He married screenwriter Wood, 65, in 1992; the pair divorced in 2005, years before Lloyd and Loiacono first met as she sold the pair's home.

When the actor spoke with The Guardian for a 2021 interview, the outlet noted that he, Loiacono, Wood and her new husband all spend time together, with Loiacono even noting to Lloyd, "I hike with your ex-wife every morning.”

"Five is the last,” Lloyd said of his marriage at the time. “Number five is sitting right here!” Loiacono added in that interview.

The actor occasionally shares photos of himself and Loiacono on his Instagram page; he shared a photo of the couple kissing on Valentine's Day and more recently posted photos of himself and Loiacono from a trip to Tanzania in June.

Lloyd costars with Bob Odenkirk in the Nobody movies. The original 2021 action film stars Odenkirk as former government assassin Hutch Mansell, whose mundane life as a father and white collar worker is upended after a group of men rob his home and he gets in a fight with a group of Russian mafia members on a bus. Lloyd costars in the film as Hutch's father David, a retired FBI agent who is given his own action sequence in the original movie where he swiftly dispatches two men who seek to kill him.

Nobody 2, in which Odenkirk and Lloyd costar with Connie Nielsen, Sharon Stone, Colin Hanks and more, is in theaters Aug. 15.
