Rashee Rice's disciplinary hearing is now set for September 30, meaning he'll be available for the first four weeks of the season and possibly more until a ruling is announced. Yahoo Sports' Matt Harmon did an excellent job breaking down the entire situation. Rice missing time at the start of the season would have been much easier to manage, but now we're wading into unknown waters in terms of length and timing of a suspension. That adds more risk to his outlook and will surely push Rice's ADP down. I'm still interested in drafting a potential WR1 outside of the first five rounds, you just have to be willing to accept the volatility of the situation — which risk-adverse managers will likely avoid. It's also worth noting, Xavier Worthy, and to a lesser extent, Jalen Royals, get rankings bumps based off this news.
