What to expect from a Toyota RAV4 Limited lease in August 2025

The RAV4 is the quintessential compact SUV and one of the best-selling vehicles of all time. It overtook the F-150 as the best-selling vehicle in the United States, ending the truck’s forty years of dominance. The Limited trim sits atop the pile, but affordability is still one of its prime directives. For August, Toyota is offering a competitive $498 per month lease on the RAV4 Limited for a 36-month term with 10,000 miles allotted per year. Customers will need $3,813 due at signing, and this quote doesn’t include fees, taxes, or other dealership charges. As with most Toyota leases, it includes two years or 25,000 miles of complimentary maintenance.

Prefer $0 down on your Toyota RAV4 Limited lease?

Eschewing your down payment in lieu of a higher monthly payment isn’t a bad idea when leasing. If you choose to go that route with the RAV4 Limited, you can get a good idea of what a $0 down lease looks like by dividing the $3,813 evenly across 36 months. The new lease payment works out to $604 per month, but this also doesn’t include taxes and fees so your payment will probably be higher. It’s easy to estimate a payment on Toyota’s website for the most accurate monthly payment information and estimates. Or, stop by a Toyota dealership.

More about the RAV4 Limited

The RAV4 Limited is the top trim of the Toyota RAV4, and although it’s far from a luxury SUV, it gets some nice additions that build a bit of value in the nearly $40,000 SUV. A larger 10.5-inch screen and SofTex-trimmed seats with memory function spruce up the interior a bit, while on the outside, 19-inch alloys, premium paints, and fancier headlights add some shine. Otherwise, the RAV4 Limited is the same car as every other RAV4. That’s not a bad thing, though. Its 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine provides decent fuel economy — 35 mpg on the highway — if only a middling 203 horsepower.

With 69.8 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded down, there are few adventures in everyday life that the RAV4 Limited isn’t at least moderately well prepared for. Even though all-wheel drive is sadly not standard equipment on the RAV4 Limited, it’s there if you need it. Furthermore, the car comes with literally dozens of safety features, including blind-spot monitoring and frontal collision warning.

Final thoughts

The RAV4 Limited certainly isn’t the most engaging way to get around, but it’s plenty practical. Coupled with a relatively affordable lease deal in August, the RAV4 Limited becomes an impossible-to-ignore option in the compact SUV space. Shop around, but we think you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better runabout than the RAV4 Limited — even if the plug-in hybrid version of the vehicle is a slightly better value.
