Matt Crafton is ready to call it a career.
Today, ThorSport Racing announced that three-time NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion Crafton "will conclude is full-time driving career after the 2025 season."
Crafton, whose 23-year partnership with Menards is the longest-running driver/primary sponsorship in NASCAR history, will hand the keys of the No. 88 to 2024 series champ and ThorSport teammate Ty Majeski.
The 49-year-old Crafton is wrapping up his 26th season in the No. 88 truck. He won championships in 2013, 2014 and 2019. He has 15 career wins, 135 top-five finishes and has started 585 races.
Speaking to his consistency, Crafton finished in the top 10 in the Truck Series standings every year from 2007 through 2023.
Crafton, who is the only driver with back-to-back championships in the Truck Series, is currently 16th in the standings. He's never finished a full season outside the top 15.
The 31-year-old Majeski has qualified for the 10-driver NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series standings as the No. 6 seed.
