Hyundai Announces Killer 2025 Venue Lease Deal for August originally appeared on Autoblog.
The brand's smallest SUV gets a tiny monthly price
Not all of Hyundai’s great offerings are on the larger side. Its smallest SUV, the Venue, is a solid value that’s big on features. You can option the Venue to the nines and still come in under $25,000, which is a downright bargain. Even in its base SE trim, there’s a lot to love. Its roomy interior also belies its subcompact exterior, and it remains ideal for urban living’s restrictively tight spaces and traffic.

The exterior styling of the Venue utilizes an upright truck-like front fascia with a handsome mesh waterfall-style grille, thin daytime running lights, and twin projector beam headlamps parked right beneath. The body and liftgate receive deep creasing that adds character, and the complex taillights cap off a look that’s less economy car and more Korean MINI. The Venue comes in three trim levels: the base SE at $20,200, the SEL at $22,200, and the top trim Limited at $23,450. Competitors include the Mazda CX-30, Kia Soul, Nissan Kicks, and the Chevy Trax. The Venue’s base price undercuts all of them, and Hyundai is offering a great lease deal in August that makes it even more accessible.

2025 Hyundai Venue SE feature highlights

Every Venue is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 121 horsepower and 113 lb-ft of torque. This engine is paired with an Intelligent Variable Transmission, which drives the front wheels only. All-wheel drive isn’t available on the Venue. The combination results in good gas mileage with EPA estimates of 29 mpg city, 33 highway, and 31 combined, regardless of trim level.

Standard features on the 2025 Hyundai Venue SE include 15-inch alloy wheels, 185/65R15 all-season tires, automatic headlights, high beam assist, proximity key with pushbutton start, room for 5 passengers, an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 4.2-inch TFT gauge display, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, sliding armrest storage, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, an anti-theft system, and a Wi-Fi hotspot.

The Venue’s SmartSense standard safety tech package includes blind spot collision warning, rear cross-traffic avoidance assist, parking distance warning, forward collision avoidance assist with pedestrian/cyclist detection, lane keeping assist, lane following assist, driver attention warning, and a rear occupant alert. The Venue also comes standard with a tire pressure monitoring system.

The cabin is deceptively roomy for its compact exterior dimensions. Both rows are comfortable, and the seat cushions are a nice blend of comfortable and supportive. The dash, center stack, and center console are simple and straightforward with a crisp gauge display, excellent physical controls for climate and audio, and a traditional shift knob for easy gear changes. The Venue’s total passenger volume is 110.6 cubic feet, while the front row provides 43.3 inches of legroom and the second row delivers 34.3 inches of legroom. Cargo space is 18.7 cubic feet behind the rear seats and a total of 31.9 cubic feet with the second row seats folded flat. The rear seatback can fold down with its 60/40 split for added convenience.
Final thoughts

If you’re looking for an urban-friendly crossover that won’t break the bank, the 2025 Hyundai Venue is an excellent choice. Its compact size, upright driving position, good fuel economy, and solid standard feature set are a compelling combination, and the August lease deal makes it even more appealing. Before signing the lease agreement, review the costs due at signing, including taxes and registration fees, potential dealer costs, etc.
