He now brings his rankings acumen to the Yahoo Fantasy audience after recently joining the team as an analyst. He will consistently be refining his draft rankings during training camps, the preseason and leading up to the season.

That sound you hear is Rams fans and fantasy managers breathing a sigh of relief now that Matthew Stafford has returned to practice. Back injuries can be unpredictable and there's no way Stafford will make it through the season without taking some big hits. That means there's still added risk for everyone on the offense, but seeing him on the field and ramping up for Week 1 prevents the Rams' skill position stars from plummeting in the rankings.
Shane Steichen finally made a decision on the Colts' starting quarterback for Week 1, but it doesn't feel like anyone actually earned the job. While Daniel Jones can't offer the same fantasy ceiling that Anthony Richardson Sr. possesses, he might be a slight upgrade for some of the pass-catchers like Josh Downs — since Jones has a history of peppering his slot receiver. Overall, the Colts' passing attack isn't one I'm investing heavily in after Jones and Richardson both failed to "win" the job outright.
