Today kicks off a very beautiful weekend across Central Ohio. The marquee feature will be the comfortable humidity. Temperatures will remain below average for this time of year, only reaching the upper 70s. A mix of clouds and sun can be expected as a ridge of high-pressure scoots north of Columbus across the Great Lakes.
Partly cloudy skies continue into the overnight hours. Comfortable conditions remain as well. Temperatures will be a bit cooler falling into the upper 50s tonight. Winds will remain fairly light as well.
Sunday brings even more sunshine across the area. This is also when we start to see a minor warming trend kicking off. Temperatures are expected to return to the low 80s. Dewpoints stay in the mid 50s, keeping things pleasant.
The first half of the new work week is expected to stay dry. By Wednesday, a few chances for thunderstorms make their way back. Reasonable temperatures also returned by Wednesday, but by the end of the work week central Ohio will return to above normal temperatures by the upcoming weekend highs will be flirting with the 90 degree mark.
