A Not-So-Stealthy Fighter

The Lamborghini Revuelto had the inimitable task of looking even more imposing than the Aventador it replaced, and Sant'Agata's designers certainly nailed the brief. But for some, it's still not styled wildly enough, and that's where Zacoe comes in. The tuner has revealed its Stage Two carbon fiber aero kit for the 1,001-horsepower plug-in hybrid supercar, adding more vanes and appendages to the already outrageous Stage One kit. But while most aftermarket upgrades to exotics can look rather tacky, and this is certainly borderline, the aesthetics of Zacoe's upgrade fit the persona of the raucous Revuelto perfectly. But if you find that this kit is too extreme for your taste after a few months, undoing the transformation isn't too difficult.

Zacoe claims that its kit is an "aerodynamic masterpiece" that generates "significant" downforce, though aftermarket alterations like these are typically only applied for their aesthetic value. At the front, an imposing splitter makes the lower intakes appear much larger, and massive winglets behind the front wheels and ahead of the rear wheels are connected by sharp side skirt extensions that Zacoe claims enhance cornering performance.

A carbon fiber hood with massive recesses calls to mind the Sesto Elemento, while wider flared fenders front and rear increase width. The rear diffuser has also been enhanced, and Zacoe adds a roof scoop and a swan-neck rear wing to the supercar as well, with the latter having no negative impact on the operation of the standard adaptive spoiler. Finally, Fi Exhaust has provided 3D-printed outlets for the V12 to breathe through.

Notably, the widened and louvered fenders are replacement parts, so there's no risk of ruining the original bodywork if you ever want to revert to the original Revuelto design. In fact, Zacoe says that all its parts are bolt-on, so everything ought to be easily reversible, just as it is with Vorsteiner's kit for the Revuelto. The only element that won't be reversible is the damage to your bank account, and considering that Zacoe's kits usually cost north of $50,000, that's not an inconsiderable factor. Then again, when you're spending over $600k on your supercar, spending less than 10% on modifying it sounds reasonable. Of course, if you really want to burn cash and make your Revuelto outperform the competition, outfits like Underground Racing can offer a twin-turbo setup...
