Texas state House adjourns AGAIN after Democrats scatter in redistricting fight

Texas Democrats on Saturday again prevented their state’s House of Representatives from moving forward with a Trump-backed plan to redraw Texas' congressional map. That redistricting plan would give Republicans an advantage in keeping control of the House of Representatives in D.C. ahead of the 2026 midterms.
