Classiche-certified Ferrari 275 GTB/4 with famed provenance and concours pedigree heads to Monterey’s most prestigious automotive events.

A meticulously restored 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 with an illustrious history will take center stage at two of Monterey Car Week’s most exclusive gatherings — Casa Ferrari at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering.

Finished in Rosso Chiaro over Nero Vaumol leather, this example is approximately the 140th 275 GTB/4 built and remains one of the most coveted grand tourers of Ferrari’s golden era. Powered by a 3.3-liter quad-cam V-12 producing 300 horsepower, the model was the first Ferrari road car to feature a four-overhead-camshaft engine, setting new standards for performance and refinement.

The car’s pedigree is as impressive as its engineering.
· Known history—initially part of the Scuderia Fillipinetti Family’s personal collection
· Fully restored
· Classiche Red Book
· Includes Books and Tools
· On display at Casa Ferrari at Pebble Beach Concours
· On display at the Quail

Originally delivered to the prominent Scuderia Fillipinetti family, the Ferrari eventually made its way to the United States, where it passed through the hands of respected collectors, including noted enthusiast Joseph Moch and celebrated French chef Jean Banchet. Throughout its life, the car has benefitted from careful stewardship and expert restoration, most recently undergoing a comprehensive cosmetic and mechanical refurbishment that preserved its matching-numbers engine, transaxle, and factory details.

Its Ferrari Classiche Red Book certification affirms authenticity, ensuring it meets the exacting standards set in Maranello. The inclusion of original books and tools further underscores its completeness — a feature that appeals to top-tier collectors and concours judges alike.

With only around 330 examples produced between 1966 and 1968, the 275 GTB/4 remains one of the most desirable classic Ferraris. This particular car’s combination of rarity, documented provenance, concours eligibility, and exceptional restoration makes it a standout on the global collector stage — and a likely highlight of Monterey’s high-profile auctions and exhibitions.
