Genesis Launches Electrifying 2025/26 GV70 EV Lease Offers For August originally appeared on Autoblog.
Two lease deals for two model years
The 2026 Genesis Electrified GV70 gets the same updates as the petrol-powered GV70, namely a new grille, lighting, and an interior boasting a new 27-inch touchscreen. The 2026 Genesis Electrified GV70 also gets a North American Charging Standard (NACS) charge port and a Combined Charging System (CCS) adapter. Most importantly, it gets a larger battery, but neither Genesis nor the EPA has stated what the new model’s range will be. In fact, Genesis hasn't even released photos of the 2026 model, but it does retain its 27 cubic-foot cargo hold, which expands to 57 cubic feet. That said, it has no frunk, but you’ll find this potent puppy to be a nicely balanced EV with the requisite tech to keep you happy.

The 2025/26 Genesis Electrified GV70 lease deal, August 2025
Driving a 2026 Genesis Electrified GV70 will cost $683 per month for a 33-month/36,000-mile lease with $5,999 due at lease signing after a Genesis $9,250 EV Lease Bonus. The lease price is available nationwide. Prefer no money down? It will cost around $850 per month. If you can live without the updates, and don’t mind a range of 236 miles and a CCS charge port, you can lease a 2025 Genesis Electrified GV70 for a cheaper $509 a month for a 33-month/36,000-mile lease with $5,999 due at lease signing after a Genesis $18,000 EV Lease Bonus. Going zero down? It’ll cost $675 a month.

With either lease, no security deposit is required. Any dealer contribution will affect the final price, which includes a $750 acquisition fee. In addition, buyers are eligible for a $1,000 bonus if the vehicle is chosen from dealer stock. Active-duty personnel, reservists, National Guard members, Veterans, or retired U.S. Military Personnel are entitled to a $500 bonus towards a lease, while recent or upcoming college graduates are qualified for a $400 bonus. Figures do not include tax, title, license, registration, documentation fees, options, insurance, or other fees. The disposition fee is $400 for most states. This lease offer ends September 2, 2025.
Keep in mind that, when leasing, consider the monthly payment cost, taxes, and fees before signing. Lease offers vary by metro market. Check your local pricing here.

Final thoughts
The updated 2026 Genesis Electrified GV70 helps keep this aging model competitive in a market where 300 miles of range per charge is the standard. It’s certainly a fine compact luxury electrified SUV, but there’s a caveat in that the 2025 Genesis Electrified GV70 seems like the better deal, if you can live with its range.
