The new Curated by Cadillac program lets customers customize a limited number of 2026 CT5-V Blackwings to their ideal specification.
Just like with the $340K-plus Cadillac Celestiq, the curated CT5 Blackwings have access to countless exterior and interior color choices.
The hand-built sedans start at $158,000, but Cadillac says the dealer sets the final price.
The 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing pictured above isn't your grandfather's Caddy. Instead, it's more like the Cadillac Celestiq—a $340,000-plus, hand-built moonshot that just so happens to be infinitely customizable. Besides the fact that the Celestiq is a 655-hp all-wheel-drive EV and the CT5 Blackwing boasts a 668-hp supercharged V-8 that'll roast the rear wheels, the latter is part of the luxury automaker's new Curated by Cadillac program.
Have It Your Way
Cadillac says it will only build a limited number of these specially curated CT5 Blackwings, but the customers who can get their hands on one of these hand-built sedans will have the chance to choose from over 160 paint colors. The chosen color is painted by an actual human at Cadillac's Artisan Center, which is located on GM's Global Technical Center campus in Warren, Michigan.
The same embarrassment of riches applies to the Caddy's cabin, where customers can choose between countless colors and material options, with apparently millions of combinations. And for folks who have fancy tastes but want a helping hand, the Curated by Cadillac program offers a personal concierge to make sure the final result looks good rather than gauche.
The customer works with a Cadillac dealer and a concierge who has real design experience—whether it's fashion, fine arts, or another area of expertise—that ensures some random schmuck isn't giving you bad advice. After all, this type of customization is typically reserved for ultra-luxury brands such as Bentley and Rolls-Royce, so you wanna make it count.
Pricey or Priceless?
What's it take to get on the list to buy a Curated by Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing? That's not exactly clear, nor do we know exactly how many will be available between Canada and the United States. What we do know is that production will start sometime in the middle of 2026, and each of these custom Blackwings will have a starting price of $158,000. However, Cadillac says the dealer will set the final price, so expect that number to climb.
