Texas Rangers have released the names of the 119 people who lost their lives in the floods in the Texas Hill Country over a month ago, the Texas Tribune reported.

On July 4, heavy rain caused the Guadalupe River to rise 36 feet, flooding Kerr County, according to an Aug. 8 Tribune article.

Three people from Abilene were named in the fatalities by the Texas Rangers.

Miriam “Holly” Frizzell was born on April 28, 1953, in Gainesville, according to her obituary. She grew up in Abilene, the only daughter of Carolyn Robertson Lutz Wood and Robert Holly Lutz, and sister to three brothers: William, Randy and Robert.

Holly graduated from Cooper High School in Abilene in 1971. In high school, she met her future husband, Lane Patrick Frizzell. The two married on June 14, 1975, and shared nearly 40 years of life together before Lane’s passing in 2015.
