Police reports online only show three incidents at the building this year, including two cases of vandalism and a report of someone exposing themselves.
The police department told IndyStar, "at this time, it will be a death investigation. The Marion County Coroner’s Office (MCCO) will ultimately determine the cause and manner of death," but they believe it to be a self-inflicted injury.
IndyStar reached out to the Indiana Public Retirement System, but their officers close at 5 p.m.
