Thousands without power in Northeast Ohio after storms rolled through

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Thousands of people are still without power in Northeast Ohio after storms and tornado warnings rolled through the area.

According to FirstEnergy’s outage map, more than 5,000 customers are without power as of 10:15 p.m. Counties with large outages:

  • Ashland: More than 1,100

  • Cuyahoga: More than 900

  • Lorain: More than 600

  • Stark: More than 500

A Tornado Warning issued for Medina, Summit and Wayne counties has since expired. A Flash Flood Warning  issued for several western counties has also expired.
