Her speech is met with cheers and applause as her costars have nothing but praise for her.
"Judging by y'all's kiss, I am not surprised,” her castmate Rocky Russo says, referring to her smooch with costar Jeniffer Tarazona during a kissing challenge on the show.
“I'm so proud of you, baby,” Jeniffer chimes in and their costar Tim Malcolm adds, “It's hard. I'm proud of you.”

'90 Day: Hunt for Love'Chantel admits in a confessional that she is “proud of myself and the growth that I've done going through this experience.”
“And now, finally, I am officially public about my sexuality and it feels great,” she adds.
On an earlier episode of 90 Day: Hunt for Love, Chantel opened up about what she has learned about herself since her divorce from Pedro Jimeno in 2022.
“Eight years ago, when I got married to Pedro, I hung up my dating skills and I never thought I would need them again,” she shared.
However, she admitted she is now ready to explore her sexuality.
“Right before I came to the resort, something did happen with one of my friends,” she revealed. “I was hanging out with my friend Ashley and we were drinking wine and she explains to me that she has feelings for me that are actually romantic. Well, one thing led to another, and Ashley kisses me. I almost fainted, I was so shocked, and I really liked it.”
“It felt like my first kiss ever,” she recalled. “But at the same time, I was so overwhelmed at what it all meant because I have not ever thought about dating a woman.”
“What would that mean? What would that mean for me, my dating life, and my sexuality? Does this mean that I'm a lesbian? Just like that? I don't know.”
Chantel’s relationship with Pedro was documented for five seasons of The Family Chantel.
The series concluded in December 2023 and offered a glimpse into the dramatic conclusion of the former couple’s journey together.
