Honda Drops an Attractive Pilot Lease Offer for August

If you’ve been thinking about getting into a new SUV, Honda's August lease offers could make the timing just right. The latest deals offer you the opportunity to drive a well-equipped model for less than you might expect.

The Honda Pilot Lease Deal for August 2025

Through September 2, 2025, Honda’s lease offers for the 2025 Pilot focus entirely on the EX-L trim. You can lease a front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive EX-L for the same monthly payment—$479 for 36 months. The difference is in the upfront cost: $4,999 due at signing for FWD or $5,899 for AWD.

Of course, taxes, fees, and market differences still apply, so you’ll want to check the exact numbers for your area before signing anything.

What You Get with the 2025 Honda Pilot

The Pilot sits in the middle of Honda’s SUV lineup as one of the most popular midsize options on the road. Pricing starts at $40,200 for the base Sport trim, while the fully loaded Black Edition comes in at $54,580. In between, you’ll find the EX-L, EX-L with HPD wheels, TrailSport, Touring, Touring with HPD wheels, and Elite trims.

Fuel economy isn’t the Pilot’s most significant bragging point, but it’s competitive for its size. Front-wheel-drive models return up to 19 mpg city and 27 mpg highway, while AWD versions (except the TrailSport) manage 19/25. The TrailSport’s more rugged setup brings those numbers down to 18/23.

Inside, space is a major selling point. Fold both the second and third rows flat, and you get 111.8 cubic feet of cargo room. With the third row down, that’s 59.5 cubic feet, and even with all seats in place, you still have 21.8 cubic feet to work with. Passenger space is generous, too, with up to 158.4 cubic feet in the Sport and EX-L trims, and 154.9 cubic feet in the TrailSport, Touring, Elite, and Black Edition. Depending on the trim level, the Pilot seats either seven or eight passengers.

Under the hood, the 2025 Pilot packs a 285-horsepower V6 with 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic. AWD models can tow up to 5,000 pounds, while FWD versions are rated for 3,500. You also get up to seven available drive modes—Normal, ECON, Sport, Snow, Trail, Sand, and Tow—depending on trim.

Base Sport models feature a 7-inch infotainment display, while most other trims are equipped with a 9-inch touchscreen. The TrailSport version brings a more adventurous vibe, featuring steel skid plates, a hitch, all-season mats, and upholstery designed to withstand mud and dirt.

Prefer $0 Down?

If you’d rather keep the upfront costs low, you can skip the down payment and roll it into your monthly bill. A $0 down lease bumps the FWD EX-L payment from $479 to about $605 per month, while the AWD version jumps from $479 to around $630. In markets where the lease is $489 with $4,799 down for FWD and $5,899 for AWD, going $0 down works out to roughly $609 per month for FWD and $639 for AWD.

Final Thoughts

If the Pilot is on your wish list, this lease deal makes it easier to obtain without increasing your monthly payment. Before you sign, take it for a test drive and see how it compares to competitors like the Kia Telluride, Hyundai Palisade, and Toyota Highlander.
