Who qualifies?
Pennsylvania homeowners and renters who make less than $46,520 a year qualify if they are:
65 and older
Widows and widowers 50 and older
People with disabilities 18 and older
When do rebates send out?
The application period for the 2024 year is open through Dec. 31, 2025. However, rebates started sending out on July 1 to those who already applied.
How can you track your rebate?
Tracking is available 24/7 with the department’s “Where’s My Rebate?” tool.
It’s a good way to skip a phone call while having easy access to rebate information.
