Katherine Schwarzenegger is sharing a rare glimpse into life with her and Chris Pratt’s family.
Indeed, the Gift of Forgiveness shared a series of photos on social media of herself and her siblings Patrick Schwarzenegger, 31, and Christina Schwarzenegger, 34, ahead of their dad Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 78th birthday celebrations.
In the first photo shared to Instagram Aug. 15, the 35-year-old could be seen smiling alongside her younger sister with a drink in hand.
Then, in another pic, Chris—who shares kids Lyla, 5, Eloise, 3, and Ford, 9 months, with Katherine—can be seen posing with his arm around his father-in-law. And for the occasion, the two donned nearly identical dark-colored outfits—even down to their silver watches with leather bands.
The carousel even features a cute video of all three siblings taking a birthday cake out to their father.
“Hello,” Katherine said in the video before playfully doing a spin in the doorway. “Today we are gonna be celebrating our dad’s birthday.”

And for his part, the White Lotus star jumped into the frame to add, “Follow us!”
While Katherine also shared a sweet snap of herself embracing one of her daughters in a big hug, she recently teased another milestone for the family: baby Ford’s first birthday.
Alongside a photo of her holding her youngest—who is rocking an adorable red, white and blue outfit—she wrote in an Aug. 13 Instagram post, “It just hit me that we’re 3 months away from having a one year old in the house…MY BABY!”
Beyond her and Chris’s three kids, Katherine is also stepmom to 12-year-old Jack, who Chris shares with ex-wife Anna Faris.
And to better cultivate her relationship with her stepson, Katherine revealed that she got a “step-parenting coach” soon after she got engaged to the Guardians of the Galaxy actor back in 2019.
“It’s been incredibly helpful for me and also just understanding my role as a step-parent,” Katherine said of her coaching sessions during a joint appearance on the Parenting & You With Dr. Shefali podcast last month. “Step-parenting, like parenting, has no handbook. Because I have the benefit of being in both roles.”
“Step-parenting is extra confusing because you aren’t a parent, you’re not a nanny, you’re not an assistant,” she continued. “You have responsibilities in all of those areas but you’re not either of them.”
For his part, Chris acknowledged just how difficult being a step-parent can be.
“Children are children and they’re on their own paths,” he explained. “They’re probably having to continually process the fact that they are children of divorce. If a parent is in there doing the hard work of creating a structure for a child and holding children accountable, and it’s not a biological child, it can feel thankless. But it’s a really, really important job.”
