
Massachusetts State Police said Tuesday, July 29, that a driver who suffered serious injuries the day before in a crash on the Massachusetts Turnpike has died.
State police identified the victim of the crash as Devin Leary, 58, of Newington, Connecticut. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
According to state police, Leary was driving a van just after 7 a.m. on the Mass Pike eastbound when it rolled over near the Route 30 interchange near the Framingham-Natick line.
Leary was transported to a Boston hospital after the crash. State police did not say whether any other vehicles were involved.

The crash forced a portion of the Mass Pike to be closed for more than three hours due to the investigation and cleanup.
