Leasing the Crown Signia in August is a decent value if you happen to remember that it exists
Making an SUV version of a luxury sedan shaped like a crossover is such a delightfully 2025 thing to do, but Toyota is willing to indulge if you’re willing to buy. All jokes aside, the Crown Signia is an upscale mid-size SUV that offers refinement while flying a little bit under the radar. For August, Toyota is offering decent lease pricing, with promotions starting as low as $459 per month. That payment requires committing to a 36-month term with 10,000 miles allowed per year, and customers need $2,999 due at signing, which includes the first month's payment and $650 Acquisition Fee. The payment doesn’t include taxes, fees, or any additional charges. As with all Toyota leases, two years or 25,000 miles of scheduled maintenance are included at no additional charge.

Prefer $0 down on your Crown Signia lease?
If you’d prefer to lease the Toyota Crown Signia without putting $2,999 down at signing, you can fold that cost into the monthly payment instead. Spread evenly across the 36-month term, it adds about $83 per month, raising the effective lease price from $459 to roughly $542 per month with $0 down. The mileage allowance of 10,000 per year and the 36-month term remain unchanged, giving you the same flexibility and benefits while avoiding a large upfront expense. While this isn’t a 100% accurate zero-down quote, it’s pretty close, although it doesn’t include taxes, fees, and other charges. More about the Toyota Crown Signia
The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia is a fresh addition to Toyota’s lineup, positioned as the SUV counterpart to the Crown sedan. Its styling is elegant yet understated; if a Lexus is a bit too shouty for you, the Crown Signia is right where you want to be. It’s only offered with a 243-horsepower hybrid powertrain that also manages 39 mpg city and 37 mpg highway. Like the Crown sedan it’s based on, the Crown Signia features many virtues, but most of them revolve around general cabin refinement and a generous suite of standard equipment. With 68.8 cubic feet of cargo space, the Crown Signia is a much more practical choice than its sedan counterpart if you find yourself frequently hauling things. By comparison, the regular Crown has a paltry 15.2 cubic feet of trunk space.

Final thoughts
The Crown Signia is a newer addition to Toyota’s stable, and we think it might go a little overlooked, which is a bit of a shame. The lease offer for August is fairly attractive, and we are willing to bet some dealerships may have more Crown Signias on the lot than they can sell. Last year, the automaker only moved around 10,500 of these things. Additionally, leasing makes decent financial sense for both luxury vehicles and hybrids, placing the Crown Signia right in the family.
