LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico State University professor is headed to Argentina this fall as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar. Biochemistry professor Erik Yukl will spend three months in Buenos Aires, studying how bacteria use metals—research that could help develop new antibiotics.
