The 2026 Subaru Solterra has more of what people want: more range, more power, a bigger touchscreen, and even a bit more visual differentiation from its Toyota bZ near-twin.
Base Solterras receive a slight power bump for 2026, going from 215 to 233 horsepower.

A new higher-output dual-motor powertrain comes on XT trims, with a healthy 338 horsepower on tap.

The Solterra received a nose job that pulls the headlights lower on the front fascia, drawing more attention to the Subaru badge, which has illumination of its own.

Solterras are now Tesla Supercharger–native, with a NACS port coming standard. It's located on the passenger's-side front fender.

Range is longer than before thanks to a host of efficiency improvements to the drivetrain and some weight reduction, with the best EPA rating now sitting at 288 miles per charge.

Keep going to check out even more pictures of the 2026 Subaru Solterra.
