Two Dunkin' locations in Montgomery have closed their doors.

The Dunkin' restaurants at 2975 Woodley Road and 2035 Eastern Blvd. both have their windows boarded up and "for lease" signage out front.

Jonathan McCall with Moore Company Realty, the company leasing the space, confirmed that the locations are permanently closed and said that the franchisee operating them had a "realignment" of their plans.

Both Dunkin' locations were opened fairly recently. The one on Eastern Boulevard was unveiled in 2022, while the one on Woodley Road has been in operation since 2023.

The closure of these two locations leaves Montgomery with three Dunkin' locations on Ann Street, Vaughn Road and Atlanta Highway.
