A bigger Highlander doesn’t mean a commensurately bigger lease payment
If the regular Highlander just doesn’t cut it for you and your family, the Grand Highlander is an excellent way to give everyone a little bit more breathing room without demanding a whole lot more from your wallet. For August, the 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander is available for as little a $419 per month, assuming a 36-month term and 12,000 miles per year. You’ll need $3,999 due at signing, although remember that you could push the monthly payment down a bit by opting for fewer miles. Importantly, this offer doesn’t seem to be available in all markets, but shoppers in the Southwest (Phoenix metro and New Mexico) will absolutely benefit. Other markets, including Los Angeles and New York City metro areas, have a similar lease offer that still keeps monthly payments under $500.

Prefer $0 down on your Grand Highlander lease?
If you’d like to lease a Grand Highlander but don’t want to part with $3,999 when you sign for the three-row SUV, you could try for a zero-down lease. By dividing the down payment across 36 months evenly and adding it to the original payment, we end up with a decent estimate for what a Toyota Grand Highlander lease looks like with no money down. You’ll add $111.08 to your monthly payment, bringing the new monthly payment to $530.08. Remember, this isn’t an official $0 due quote, and excludes taxes, fees, and any other dealership charges that might crop up. When in doubt, get an official estimate from Toyota. We recommend entering your zip code on Toyota’s website to stay up-to-date on the latest Grand Highlander deals and incentives.
More about the Toyota Grand Highlander
While sharing half a badge with the regular Highlander, the Grand Highlander is significantly, er, grander than the original Highlander. It’s bigger in every way, measuring over six inches longer than the regular Highlander and two and a half inches wider. The third row is significantly more spacious in the Grand Highlander, meaning passengers in the back will enjoy five additional inches of leg room and a further inch and a half of head room. In total, the Grand Highlander touts 12 cubic feet more passenger space. Like the regular Highlander, the Grand Highlander comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, a 265-horsepower four-cylinder engine, and can tow up to 5,000 pounds.

Final thoughts
The Toyota Grand Highlander is a great pick for drivers who value the extra space. Its incremental price gain is more than offset by the additional cargo and passenger space. Plus, the Grand Highlander’s slightly more conservative styling almost gives us Lexus vibes. If you don’t need the hybrid capabilities of the Grand Highlander Hybrid and think the normal Highlander is a bit too cramped for the kids, there’s no reason not to dive into a Grand Highlander lease sooner rather than later.
