The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to a four-year, $100.4 million contract extension for star safety Kyle Hamilton, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Wednesday. With the new deal, Hamilton is tied to the organization through the 2030 season.
Hamilton now holds the largest contract for a safety in NFL history, beating out Detroit Lions safety Kerby Joseph's record-setting four-year, $86 million extension signed earlier this offseason.
Coming out of Notre Dame, Hamilton was selected by the Ravens with the 14th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, earning first-team All-Pro honors in his second NFL season with back-to-back Pro Bowl selections. He earned a career-best 90.1 defensive grade from PFF, totaling a career-high 80 combined tackles, 38 defensive stops and two forced fumbles.
