According to court documents, a man told officers that, after parking his car at one of the gas pumps, he went into the gas station; when he went back outside to his car, three men approached him and robbed him at gunpoint – taking his money and necklace.

The three men then stole his car and drove off, court documents say.

Surveillance footage confirms the victim’s account of what happened at the gas station, according to court documents.

The victim in the car that was hit during the chase was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, court documents say.
