Kris Jenner has accidentally stepped into a new internet debacle.
After the Kardashians star shared a photo of herself in open-toed shoes to Instagram, eagle-eyed fans raised questions about what could be going on with her left foot.
In a photo shared to Instagram Aug. 2, Kris posed on a winding staircase, donning a patterned dress, gold bag, and black heels. Alongside the stylish pic, the 69-year-old wrote in the caption, “Oscar de la Renta for my mom’s 91st birthday lunch.”
In response to the post, several fans pointed out an unexpected detail on her foot, with one user commenting under the post, “Does she have 6 toes are am I trippin?”
Another added, “You have 6 toes??”
Others were quick to deem it an optical illusion, with one user theorizing, “No, only 5 it’s the sandal that has beige inside!”
While Kris didn’t respond to the inquiries, this would hardly be the first time the momager or her daughters Kourtney Kardashian, 46, Kim Kardashian, 44, Khloe Kardashian, 41, Kendall Jenner, 29, and Kylie Jenner, 27, have had the internet questioning their photos.

In fact, Khloe recently admitted to editing some of her shots—though she’s chosen to stop changing the images the she shares online.
“There was a time that I definitely did,” she shared on her Khloe in Wonder Land podcast in July, adding that she was “around some people” who made her feel like she had to alter her pictures.

“I also think it was the era,” she continued. “I felt like a lot of people were Photoshopping or heavily Photoshopping more than they do now.”
But Khloe confessed that the edits often made her look like a “cartoon character,” saying, “It's humiliating that I thought that was even a version of myself.”
And all the editing even changed Khloe’s perception of herself at the time.
“If I got paparazzied, I'd be like, ‘I don't look like that, I look like this photo,’” she recalled. “I really had to reprogram my mind to be like, ‘We have to lay off the filters.’”

Kris Jenner

Yup, Kris Jenner's surgeons are doing amazing, sweetie. Her journey began once she welcomed Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Rob Kardashian.
"I had a boob job in the '80s after four kids, because gravity took over," she explained on a 2015 episode of E!'s Good Work. And while the implants were "great" for decades, once she welcomed Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, "I felt like they were too big, and I felt matronly and nothing fit anymore and suddenly it was like, get them out!" she said. "So, the same doctor who put them in, he took them out and then had to do a little lift and then put smaller ones in."
She doubled up on face lifts as well, allowing Keeping Up With the Kardashians cameras to capture Dr. Garth Fisher's work in 2011 and confirming that she visited Dr. Steven Levine in New York for a refresh in 2025.
The momager has also gone under the knife for earlobe reduction surgery in 2018 ("I learned that your nose and your ears keep growing your whole life," she explained on KUWTK. "I think that the decision to do something about my ever-changing ears is suddenly a priority") and a hip replacement in 2022. Plus, she detailed on Good Work, she gets "Botox and fillers and laser and things like that."
Her ethos when it comes to cosmetic enhancements, she detailed, "You have to do what makes you feel good, first of all. You can’t do something because somebody else wants you to do it."
Kourtney Kardashian

Admittedly, the eldest Kardashian sister wishes she would of, uh, pooshed off her decision to get breast implants at 22. "I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn't have done it," she shared in a 2011 interview with Showbiz Spy. "I was so cute before."
As the mom of four put it, "I've realized that I was made to look a certain way and I'm considering removing them."
And while the Poosh founder has been open about taking on other beauty procedures (she filmed herself undergoing a facial contouring procedure in 2022), frequent nips and tucks are not her thing. When one Instagram user accused Kourtney of receiving "plenty of plastic surgery" including "botox, nose job, some sort of butt shot or bbl just to start," she cut back.
"No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment," she wrote. "Butt shot and brazilian butt lift, um, thanks. And you were just getting started."
Kim Kardashian

When it comes to her famous derriére, the SKIMS founder has been quite transparent, even having her behind X-rayed during a 2018 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to prove there were no implants.
The mom of four has also denied getting a rhinoplasty, but it's not as if she turns her nose up at the idea of cosmetic work.
"I'll try anything,” Kim told The New York Times in 2022, having admitted to using Morpheus8 to tighten her stomach, along with vampire and salmon sperm facials. "If you told me that I literally had to eat poop every single day and I would look younger, I might. I just might."
Still, she remains wary of receiving s--tty work.
"I always want to look appropriate," she told Allure in 2022. "There does come a point when you’ve taken it too far—overfilled, too tight, too much cosmetic work. There’s nothing worse."
Khloe Kardashian

For years, said Khloe, fans were trying to sniff out how much work she had gotten done. "Everybody says, 'Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!'" she detailed to host Andy Cohen on the 2021 Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion. "But I’ve had one nose job."
The rhinoplasty, performed by Dr. Raj Kanodia, was something she'd been mulling over "forever," she admitted to Robin Roberts in a 2022 ABC special. "But it's in the middle of your face and it's scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it."
The mom of two is also quite happy with the results of other procedures, including Botox, Sculptra, laser treatments, salmon sperm facials and collagen threads, but when it comes to keeping up appearances, she's not ruling anything out.
"In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery," Khloe commented on a June video that saw London clinician Dr. Jonny Betteridge presume she'd undergone a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, a face and neck lift and a chin implant, "but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors."
Kendall Jenner

When it comes to plastic surgery, the Fashion Week regular has walked her own runway. Asked about rumors she'd undergone a nose job in 2014, the then-18-year-old laughed off the accusation, telling Extra, "Honestly, people can make something up and really make other people believe it, and there’s not much you can do about it. But it's pretty crazy."
And, for the record, Kendall detailed in 2017, she has no plans to go under the knife. "As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed?" she explained in an Instagram Live. "It doesn’t even make sense."
Kylie Jenner

After not giving lip service to rumors about her plump pout, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner admitted to getting "temporary lip fillers" during a 2015 KUWTK episode. "It’s just an insecurity of mine," explained the then-17-year-old, "and it’s what I wanted to do."
But for years, she remained tight-lipped about other procedures. "People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false," she told Paper magazine in 2019. "They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do."
As for her body, though...
In a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, the mom of two revealed she'd gotten implants before her 2017 pregnancy with daughter Stormi "not thinking I would have a child when I was 20."
She also didn't anticipate the decision to receive silicone implants ("445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle," as she detailed on TikTok) would come with so much regret.
"I had beautiful breasts, like natural t-ts," she lamented to pal Stassie Karanikolaou. "Perfect size, perfect everything and I just wish, obviously, that I never got them done to begin with."
And should her daughter approach her, "I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19," the Kylie Cosmetics founder acknowledged. "She's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom, the best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all differently 'cause I wouldn't touch anything."
