The United Way of West Alabama will reveal its 2025 campaign goal Aug. 12 during its kickoff luncheon.
The sold-out luncheon will also feature success stories from clients of partner agencies, the debut of the campaign video and the announcement of the recipient of the Homer S. Butler Agency of the Year Award.
The event will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Bryant Conference Center, 240 Paul W. Bryant Drive in Tuscaloosa, adjacent to the University of Alabama campus.

The 2025 campaign chairman, Josh Hayes of Prince, Glover, Hayes, will enter through a candy cane forest, and a campaign choir will announce the record goal. Tiffany Williams, a sexual assault victim, will share how Tuscaloosa SAFE Center gave her strength and support.

Harper Williams, a recent Success by 6 JumpStart graduate, about to be a kindergartner, will give the invocation. The University of Alabama's marching band will perform, and a set of Goodrich tires will be raffled.
