Trump also said he would announce a truncated deadline on Russia to reach a ceasefire deal in its war with Ukraine as well as threatening to impose secondary sanctions on Moscow if that didn’t come through.
Fresh off Trump’s trade deal with the European Union, announced Sunday, Trump and Starmer also discussed the implementation of the U.S.-U.K. trade deal, agreed to in May.
