Diaper-Clad Texas Man Arrested After Asking Two Young Girls To Change His Diaper

A 45-year-old man, Wesley Steven Worl, was arrested in Tyler on August 7 after allegedly confronting two young girls near Andy Woods Elementary School while wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck.

Charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass, Worl is being held in Smith County Jail with bonds totaling $600,000.

On July 29, the girls, one aged 11, were riding bikes and scooters in their neighborhood when they noticed a silver vehicle following them.

According to a police affidavit, Worl stopped in the school parking lot, exited his vehicle wearing a diaper, and shouted, “Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change,” KLTV reported.

He also allegedly asked, “Will you change my diaper for me?”

The girls, described as “visibly shaking” and “truly petrified,” fled to a nearby home where a man and his son were in the garage. The girls, who skinned their knees in their haste, reported a “scary man” chasing them.

The son searched for the vehicle while a woman in the home comforted the girls. Police later identified and arrested Worl at his workplace. The affidavit describes his actions as “fetishistic” and part of a “pattern of predatory conduct” dating back to 1999, per Fox 4 KDFW.

Worl’s criminal history includes multiple incidents: In September 1999, he was seen watching children at a daycare, claiming he was “only changing his diaper.”

In April 2002, he was allegedly spotted peeping into apartment windows and, when questioned, admitted to observing children at another daycare, according to a police affidavit.

In April 2005, he was sentenced to five years’ probation for stalking an ex-girlfriend.

In August and November 2005, he received criminal trespass warnings for watching a woman near a pool and children from behind a tree.

In July 2006, Worl was reported at a Walmart for suspicious behavior, claiming he was checking his diaper, leading to a seven-year prison sentence for the 2005 and 2006 cases.

In November 2012, he was accused of exposing himself to a child at another Walmart, though he claimed he only showed his diaper.

In October 2016, he was arrested for trespassing at Faulkner Park.

In July 2025, surveillance cameras at Walmart captured Worl, previously banned from the store for exposing himself to a 12-year-old, prompting the store manager to pursue charges.
