Browns rookie Quinshon Judkins will not face any formal charges and is now expected to join the team in the near future. It's still possible the NFL could discipline him, but this opens the door for Judkins to get on the practice field and compete for a role in Cleveland's running back room. Having missed this much time in the offseason, Judkins will have an uphill battle to catch up to his teammates Dylan Sampson and Jerome Ford. However, the second rounder is the most talented runner on the depth chart and should eventually take over lead back duties. While he's a value based on where he's been going in drafts, the most likely scenario remains a committee backfield on a losing team — keeping him down in the RB3/flex range.
