The real estate website determined these stats by using views per property from out-of-district home shoppers from May to July 2025, in each metro.
The list reveals the districts where families are most actively looking to relocate in the top 50 metros, reflecting preferences for a combination of education quality, community lifestyle, and overall livability the report stated.
From New Jersey's metro area, Holmdel Township School District was listed as the most popular school district for 2025 moving season.
Holmdel is a large township in Monmouth County. Holmdel Township School District is a highly rated, public school district and is ranked as the Best School District in Monmouth County according to Niche.com.
