A Zimmer Golden Spirit convertible owned by none other than Shaq is heading to auction at no reserve, so it could be yours. The NBA legend and well-know car collector is the first and only owner of the vehicle, until it’s passed on to the next owner.
A teenager who can’t even drive yet just bought Shaq’s modified Chevy Silverado.
This “Rolls-Stang” was built using a New Edge Mustang, the pony car’s chassis stretched out and the front as well as rear replaced by what you see in the photos. However, the doors, windshield, and interior give away the origins of the vehicle.
All the Zimmer Golden Spirits are made using a Ford Mustang, but elevating the exterior aesthetics to be more stately. You can see there are many classic car styling cues, from the exposed exhaust hoses to the many horns mounted forward the waterfall grille, with an eagle hood ornament for good measure.

Front fender-mounted spare tires, wire wheels, whitewall tires, and a rear spare tire carrier add to the mystique.
Some find these rides to be mesmerizing, while others think they’re tacky. But Shaq was obviously a fan when he bought it and for a long time after. Why he’s unloading the car isn’t known, but he does buy and sell quite a few vehicles each year.
With the convertible top and spacious interior, it does fit the man’s large frame. Plus, it has the 4.6-liter V8, an automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes. In other words, it’s not a chore to drive.

The new owner will have to decide whether to keep the celebrity-owned car garaged and in the best condition possible, or drive the thing and enjoy watching people gawk at it, explaining to some it was once owned by Shaq himself.
