Scott Kilbury Joins WDAF in Kansas City as Evening Anchor

Kansas City Fox affiliate WDAF has hired Scott Kilbury as its newest evening anchor.

Kilbury will report for Fox4 News at 9 p.m. and co-anchor Fox4 News at 10 p.m. alongside Loren Halifax.

He comes from Nexstar’s station in Colorado Springs, Colorado KXRM.

Before becoming a broadcaster, he worked with hearing-impaired children at the Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind, where he became fluent in American Sign Language and met his wife, Teresa.

"I'm looking forward to working with Loren Halifax and the rest of the incredible news team," he said. "Fox4 is known for great community journalism, and I'm grateful to be part of it."
