LawnStarter, a platform for home improvement info, analyzed hundreds of cities to rank the most and least clean ones in the U.S. Each was given an overall score based on data surrounding four areas: Pollution, inadequate living conditions, inadequate waste infrastructure, and resident dissatisfaction. These were broken up into multiple smaller metrics like air quality, population density, and number of junk yards.
