Anderson said in Pamela, a Love Story that Stallone once offered her the luxury incentives to become his “No. 1 girl."
“I remember talking to Sylvester Stallone one time and he offered me a condo and a Porsche to be his No. 1 girl,” she recalled. “And I was like, ‘Does that mean there’s No. 2? Uh-uh.’ He goes, ‘That’s the best offer you’re gonna get, honey. You’re in Hollywood now.’”
She continued, “I wanted to really be in love. I didn’t want anything less than that.”
Stallone’s rep later denied that the actor ever made such an offer in a statement to PEOPLE.
"The statement from Pamela Anderson attributed to my client is false and fabricated,” the rep said at the time. “Mr. Stallone confirms that he never made any portion of that statement."
Stallone and Anderson have both found love since the alleged offer. The Rocky actor has been married to model Jennifer Flavin since 1997, while Anderson recently sparked romance rumors with her Naked Gun costar, Liam Neeson.
"It's a budding romance in the early stages," a source close to their new film told PEOPLE, adding, "It's sincere, and it's clear they're smitten with each other."
