KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Plaza will be closing permanently.
A spokesperson for Hilton told FOX4 that the hotel is expected to close in September.

“We can confirm the hotel is expected to close effective September 15, 2025, at which time the property will no longer form part of the Hilton portfolio,” the spokesperson said via email.
Until then, guests can continue to book stays at the hotel.
It’s unclear what will be replacing the Hilton hotel.
