A guy in Houston is shook after a woman bumped into the back of his car, then threatened his life over the accident. It went down recently at a popular mall in heavy traffic with witnesses everywhere.

The man, who was interviewed by KPRC, was stopped in his Toyota GR Corolla in heavy traffic at rush hour when a woman in a Porsche Macan bumped into his vehicle. It was more of a love tap, as caught on the guy’s rear dashcam, like the woman’s foot slipped off her brake pedal.
Even though the collision was completely the woman’s fault, she pulled up alongside the Toyota, pointed a gun at the other driver, threatening to kill him while calling him expletives.
In other words, she’s a total catch.
Then the woman drove off as if nothing happened. We wouldn’t be surprised if intoxication would help explain her erratic behavior.
But wait, things get weird from there. Because the victim had the whole incident captured on video, police were able to figure out who the woman is: 33-year-old Kristal Garcia. According to the news report, she’s faced almost 20 criminal charges, including aggravated assault of a family member.
However, most of those charges have been dismissed for reasons not specified. Maybe she got some nice deals or maybe she knows someone in the local prosecutor’s office – we don’t know. But something is weird about that.
Police have been trying to hunt Garcia down but she’s apparently made herself scarce. Perhaps she sobered up and realized brandishing a gun while threatening to kill someone is a bad idea.
Road rage is a real problem all over, but raging out at someone after you hit them in an accident that’s entirely your fault, that’s a new one for us.
