New details have come to light regarding Kylie Page’s death.
After the OnlyFans content creator (real name Kylie Pylant) died unexpectedly June 25 at just 28, the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner has issued her official cause of death.
In a report released Aug. 22 to the Los Angeles County website, Kylie was found to have died through an accidental overdose of cocaine and fentanyl in her Los Angeles home.
The concluded investigation comes just under two months after the adult content creator’s passing, which prompted many of her colleagues in the arena to pay tributes in her honor.
“I just think, overall, she was a [happily] infectious person,” Leah Gotti, an adult star who worked alongside Kylie in the same model house, told AVN in June. “She was really light and bright and she just loved to smile, laugh, and really valued living life to the fullest and being free as much as possible.”
Meanwhile, another online Instagram user Rory, who posts content to OnlyFans under the moniker Tommy Grey, also shared a heartfelt post for her late friend.

“We grew up together, hundreds of miles never really meaning anything when our hearts were always close. We became women together—through laughter, through late-night phone calls,” she wrote in a June 27 Instagram post, alongside a selfie of the pair. “Losing you feels like losing a part of myself.”
Rory concluded, “I love you always and I’ll carry your spirit with me wherever I go.”
Raised in Oklahoma, Kylie moved to Los Angeles in 2015 and joined the adult entertainment industry a year later, per AVN. She appeared in over 200 scenes for major studios in the space as well as her own OnlyFans content and in Netflix’s Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On. In an obituary shared to her Instagram account, her family called her career a “vibrant, brave journey of self-expression, creativity and love.”

“She saw beauty in everything, through rose-colored glasses and a poet’s soul,” they added in the July 3 post. “Kylie had a heart as big as the sky and lived with a childlike wonder that never faded.”
