Three Spring-Themed Designs Debut For Electric Coupe

Fall may soon be upon us, but Rolls-Royce is thinking ahead. The automaker is launching a curated spec of its Spectre electric coupe with springtime vibes. The Spectre Inspired by Primavera (the Italian word for spring) is available to order until the end of the year, timed so that customer deliveries can take place in spring 2026.

The Spectre Inspired by Primavera is "a poetic expression of spring expressed through a series of highly bespoke motor cars," according to the typically-flowery Rolls press copy. The automaker will offer three versions of this theme with "carefully curated bespoke details that evoke the feeling of the season: delicate, uplifting, and alive with promise."

Typical Attention To Detail

Like previous Rolls-Royce bespoke builds, the Spectre Inspired by Primavera is defined by handcrafted details, starting with a cherry blossom motif based on hand-sketched graphics applied to the exterior and interior of each car. The exterior features a hand-painted coach line depicting a cherry-tree branch with blooming flowers, along with 23-inch wheels that Rolls says were designed to look like flowers in bloom.

Inside, cherry blossoms are stitched into the headrests and laser-etched into the Blackwood dashboard fascia and center console—a process that required 37 different laser densities and a new sanding procedure for the wood trim, according to Rolls. The car's Starlight Headliner depicts the "Spring Triangle" of Boötes, Leo, and Virgo with 4,796 hand-placed lighting elements. An additional 5,500 points of light are spread across the dashboard.

Three Variations On The Theme

In addition to the bespoke touches applied to all cars, Rolls will offer three coordinated color themes. "Evanescent" combines Crystal over Arctic White paint with a Turchese coach line, pinstriped wheel centers and brake calipers outside, and Grace White leather upholstery and Chartreuse piping inside. "Reverie" includes a Ducke Egg Blue exterior with Forge Yellow detailing, and Grace White/Charles Blue two-tone leather with Forge Yellow accents. "Blossom" features Velvet Orchid Metallic paint, again with Forge Yellow detailing, and Grace White leather with Peony Pink accents and Forge Yellow piping.

Regardless of the color theme, Inspired by Primavera models likely won't deviate mechanically from the standard Spectre. The EV's dual motors produce 584 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque, while a 102-kilowatt-hour battery pack provides 291 miles of range on the EPA testing cycle. Rolls-Royce also recently introduced a Black Badge version with 659 hp and 792 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful Rolls production car to date, but it's unclear if that tuning can be combined with the Inspired by Primavera visuals.
