NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The New Mexico Public Education Department is streamlining the process for those in the state who are looking to launch their teaching career. The department launched a new online career hub called TEACHNewMexico.org.

The website offers free career tools, personalized guidance from current educators and up to $100 off application costs. It also guides uses through applying for financial aid, the licensure process and testing and educator preparation programs across the state. “TEACHNewMexico.org is strengthening our existing pathways to becoming an educator,” Public Education Secretary Mariana D.
